Exchange and Returns

LOCAL(KUWAIT)

Exchange and returns are accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. After that no exchange or return is accepted. Full refund by way of the original payment method excluding delivery chargers will be given, and the piece must also be in its original condition and packaging.

SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOMIZED PIECES

Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged with 7 days of delivery.

For customized orders, no exchange or returns are accepted, as it is completely customer’s responsibility, for size and measurements were agreed accordingly with our employee.

If an item is defected or damaged, exchange is accepted only after 3 days of purchase. If you have received a damaged piece, send us an email at customercare@phulastudio.com and a pick up will be arranged from our end.

INTERNATIONAL

Exchange and returns are accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. After that no exchange or return is accepted. For international refunds, the purchased products should be mailed by the same company that shipped the order.

Shipping charges are handled from your end, and shipping cost wont be refunded. Full refund by way of the original payment method excluding shipping chargers will be given back to you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
